And Yet Futures exists for leaders who see ambitious possibilities against the odds. The name captures what drives this work: "And" is generative and builds on what exists rather than starting from scratch. "Yet" acknowledges practical constraints and urgency—there's work to do, and it matters now.

Jenny Liang, founder of And Yet Futures, has built ventures at the intersection of design, technology, and social impact for 15+ years. She scaled Sostento to 480% revenue growth, launched BCG X products serving 2M+ users, and taught ethical strategic foresight at Otis College of Art and Design.
As a former scientist, aerospace technology founder and suicide prevention crisis counselor, Jenny brings both the operational rigor to execute and the deep empathy to understand what's actually blocking progress. Her 4+ years on a crisis hotline means she can hear anything without judgment and collaboratively drive behavior change—a rare combination in executive coaching.
